You blink and it's gone. Every parent knows this only too well! That tiny scrunchy, rolly, wrinkly little bundle will be laughing and crawling around before you even realise what's happening.
I have a baby-led approach to my newborn photography. Essentially I want to photograph you guys doing your thing! I will of course capture portraits of the whole family and siblings or pets if im lucky enough to get a doggy cuddle, as well as baby in all their glory. I don't have loads of props and poses to force on you. I just want you all to be you.

FAMILY PACKAGE
In order to capture the entirety of this blurry eyed, weary time in your lives, I offer a four shoot package photoshoot from maternity to their first birthday. This means that you get a newborn photoshoot as well as a sitter photoshoot and come away with a whole array of beautiful milestones in their first year to look back on. FAQ
When should I book in?
For newborn sessions I'd recommend booking in around your 20 week scan so that we can preliminarily secure your date for approx. 2 weeks after your due date (obviously these are flexible but it allows me to not overbook in that time frame).
For maternity I'd book as soon as you feel comfortable to allow us to have the same availability around 7months.
For everything else just as soon as you might be know that you're interested. Especially if you know you will need a date on a weekend or in a school holiday as these are limited and book up quickly.
How do I book a photography session with your team?
Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out to me through the contact me page on this website and fill out the booking form. I'll get back to you to guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! I believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalised photographs. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, I'm always open to capturing you in a place that holds meaning to you. On the other hand if you have no idea on locations then I have plenty of ideas to share depending on the time of year and the aesthetic we're going for.
How long does a typical photo session last?
For newborn sessions I allow up to 2 hours so that there is no rush between feeds, soothing and changes.
For all other sessions they are 1 hour long which gives me plenty of time to warm up even the most cautious of toddlers!
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos and I strive to have them edited within 2 weeks. I prioritise quality and attention to detail and wouldn't want to rush the process.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and I'm flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances. I am also always up for a full wet weather gear session of splashing puddles and catching raindrops on our tongues so if your'e up for it then I am!
What do we wear?
I understand the stress of picking what to wear! I'll send out a specially designed photoshoot guide prior to your session, with lots of tips on what to wear, and what to avoid. Essentially though I just want you to be comfortable especially with the children so ensuring you can bend down, pick them up and spin around are the main things to consider for family photoshoots.
I have a small selection of neutral newborn outfits that are available on newborn sessions should you wish to use them.
Can pets and siblings attend?
ABSOLUTELY!
I encourage all members of the family to be involved. I love to capture the relationships and absolutely love animals so dogs, cats, ducks, donkeys and whatever else there might be are all welcome!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes I ask for £100 deposit upon booking to secure your session which is then deducted from the package price.
