Newborn Baby Photos
All a newborn baby wants is to be near their new parents, safe, warm and cosy. Honestly who does want to be poked and prodded and picked up all the time when really all you want to do is sleep? I remember when I first had my daughter my mother-in-law used to say it must feel like how a giant would to us - holding them and passing them around. This is why my style and ultimate goal is to try and keep the baby, and you, as comfortable as possible. I like to let your newborn baby do their thing. They can sleep on their front, their back, their side, on your chest, have a feed, stretch out, yawn, curl their toes, be changed when needed and definitely have lots of cuddles. This means that I actually get to photograph YOUR newborn baby. In their natural state. Being themselves. Capturing all those cute little motions and facial expressions and scrunched up goodness that you will have forgotten about in eight months time when they’re on the move and getting into everything. I offer blankets and swaddles to cosy them up, and have some adorable timeless outfits you can choose to use but mostly I simply photograph you and your beautiful newborn baby so that when your newborn bubble pops and the fourth trimester is a distant memory you’ll have these photos to remind you of where it all began.
